Are you looking to gain the work experience that catapults your career in international project management? We may just have the right internship for you.
We have several large government-funded projects dealing with careers, mobility and employability. And we are looking for enthusiastic interns with a knack for project support and an eye for cultural differences.
Internship Duration: It is a 5-month internship for 4 days a week (unless otherwise required by your university). Starting in September 2024.

Tasks: The tasks of our International Project Support Assistants would be (but are not limited to):
- General Project Support
- Providing content for presentations, e-mails, etc.
- Focusing on (digital) marketing efforts
- Maintaining records and project administration
- Come up with creative marketing ideas that support our services
- Assisting in office management tasks & supporting the team when needed
- Joining (online) international project meetings (and yes, sometimes also taking notes)
Requirements: The ideal candidates live up to the below requirements:
- Has excellent listening skills
- Has an eye for detail
- Be able to alternate between individual and group work
- Be able to learn and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Has excellent oral and writing skills in English – knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree related to International Relations, International Business, European Studies, Sociology, and other programs in these fields and be currently enrolled in their studies. But please don’t let this stop you from reaching out!
- Experience in project management, sales, and/or marketing, is an advantage.
- Creativity is also a plus!

About the roles:
Project 1: Your main responsibility is to, together with an international team – based across Europe -, contribute to a European Commission project that will help “unpack” what Erasmus+ students have gained while being abroad.
Project 2: Your main responsibility is to, together with a Canadian consortium, contribute to a national government-funded project that will help “understand” what skills employers are looking for when hiring.
