Session: Understanding the Return on Investment of Employability | NAFSA 2020

Research shows employability as a key decisionmaking factor for students when deciding where to study, and it is a key motivator for recommendation. Presenters share data, insights, and global good practices using internships and gamification. With the “employability maturity diagnostic” tool, presenters evaluate participants’ institutions’ employability program.
