Expertise in Labour Mobility is teaming up with InnoEnergy SE, a European company fostering the integration of education, technology, business and entrepreneurship and strengthening the culture of innovation. The challenge InnoEnergy SE has set for itself is big – to achieve a sustainable energy future for Europe and to train the game-changers who can deliver this innovation – and be both aspiring and inspiring. Hence the students the program attracts are enthusiastic, driven, global-minded and with an innovator mind-set. From 2016 until now, ELM has had the opportunity to work with over 500 InnoEnergy students.

ELM is responsible for conducting CV Checks and Mock Interviews to ensure students’ applications resonate with employers’ needs as well as to help students master the presentation skills, the body language and the interview techniques that will convince recruiters during an interview. ELM is also running webinars tailored to InnoEnergy students’ needs, to help them discover how to make a difference in a global labour market an how to translate their study abroad into a competitive advantage with employers.
