The #ECCE_Berlin conference was designed to deepen the understanding around current needs & challenges in HigherEd careers services related to employability.

The goal was to interact with colleagues from across Europe, start the discussion and find ways to improve HigherEd institution’s employability strategies for retaining and integrating international talent and discover opportunities for collaboration between all parties involved – students, institution and job market.
