In the third week of October 2021, the Eu-funded ErasmusJobs project will offer two half-day interview-based workshops during which employers will be interviewing students on how to accurately demonstrate the skills employers are looking for in potential future employees.

The workshops aim at:

1. identify key competencies wanted by employers
2. how to demonstrate these competencies during a job interview

The workshops ultimately provide students with a self-assessment skills framework to implement in job interviews.
