Join Kate, Katie Orr, and Nannette Ripmeester for the AIEA session titled ”The Return on Investment in Employability for Universities, Students, and Beyond” in February, 2023.
In this session, Nannette will kick off by sharing the latest insights from a large global student satisfaction survey, supplemented by other available research, showing why employability matters for students when selecting and recommending a higher education institution. Kate will zoom in on what employability brings students and why the global world of work is keen on certain skills. Katie will zoom in on the institutional level, sharing her experiences of leading a project focused on the (measurement) of the impact of employability.
Each speaker will bring in their cultural perspective and have a ‘food for thought’ discussion statement for the group. This session will bring fresh research data, newly gained insights and current experiences to enhance a lively discussion around the ROI of employability with session participants.
AIEA2023 is the Association of International Education Administrations annual conference and will take place on 19-22 February 2023. The Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) is the only association dedicated exclusively to senior leaders in the field of international education.
The conference brings together international education leaders into dialogue with each other, their counterparts around the world, organizations that promote international education, and organizations concerned with the shaping and management of international higher education. AIEA gives members opportunities to join forces, share institutional strategies, and provide an effective voice on matters of public policy.
