As part of our contribution to the EU-funded project ErasmusJobs, there’s a special employer workshop organised on ‘Appreciating Skills’. The project is led by the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) in collaboration with ELM, EIIL and several other partners. The purpose is to identify good examples of key skills/competencies wanted by employers and how these can be demonstrated by students in job interviews. The output will be a framework on the (self) assessment of skills in job interviews. Participants in this online & interactive workshop will be senior managers in companies who have an interest in recruiting students. Participation is by invitation.
