As part of HUMANE’s Winter School Programme 2025, Nannette Ripmeester will give a presentation about “Leveraging intercultural competences in diverse teams” as part of the Leading Chnage In Strategy And Policy – Internationalisation theme on March 24th, 2025 at 14:30 – 15:30 CET.
The HUMANE Winter School develops the leadership capability of senior managers on the core theme of managing changes in strategy and policy. These themes are developed through strategic conversations with highly experienced leaders and managers in higher education, practical casework and highly interactive team building sessions. The case material focuses on internationalisation strategy and policy choices and approaches, and their implications for professional services across faculties, schools, and central support departments.
This Winter programme, held in Barcelona from the 23th to the 28nd of March 2025, will encourage discussion and debate, incorporating insights from the host region and inspiration from participants. Innovative ideas and lingering questions are welcome!
