Erasmus Skills, a European funded project developed a set of innovative tools to help Erasmus students maximize and articulate their study abroad experience. One of those tools is a function that measures and conceptualizes the learning curve of students before and after their mobility program, mainly focusing on employability competences.
This poster will illustrate the Erasmus Skills project & the methodology used to create a tool that allows students to self-assess the competences acquired while studying abroad. It will show the questionnaires that students fulfill before & after mobility and an example of the visual representation of the learning curve between the two questionnaires. Finally, it will look into how the visualization of the developed tool will help students conceptualize the benefits of their experience, and use these results in their next steps in life.
