We’re excited to announce that over the next three years, ELM will be participating in the European Commission-funded Digitalising Erasmus Traineeship Application & Support (DETAS) project. Led by ESN, DETAS seeks to increase student participation in Erasmus+ mobility placements in a more diverse set of labour conditions while enhancing the overall quality of their experience throughout the process.

In partnership with the Lifelong Learning Platform, University of Limerick, Latvia’s Universitate, Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, and the European University Foundation, ELM is thrilled to contribute our expertise to boost students’ employability!

As part of DETAS, ELM will conduct a survey to gather insights into the current internship and traineeship landscape from an employers’ perspective. Additionally, we will be providing hosting organisations with a suite of tools to help improve the learning experience for interns.
